Shipping
We ship to every Canadian province, every U.S. state, and U.S. territories. Orders placed before 13:00 ET on a business day are processed the same day.
1. Destinations and times
Canada: 2 to 5 business days via Canada Post Expedited or Purolator Ground.
Continental United States: 3 to 7 business days via UPS Ground or USPS Priority.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories: 5 to 10 business days.
2. Fees and free shipping
Free standard shipping applies to orders over 75 CAD (Canada) or 75 USD (United States), before taxes. Below that threshold, fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
3. Duties and taxes
For U.S. orders shipped from Canada, duties and taxes may apply upon import. We display an estimate at checkout through Shopify's duty calculator; the carrier may invoice the exact amount on delivery.
Canadian orders: applicable GST/HST/QST is charged at checkout based on the shipping province.
4. Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier scans the package. If the tracking does not update for 3 business days, contact support@vivaritual.com.
