Cookies are small files placed on your device. We use them only to the extent allowed by your explicit choice in our consent banner. No advertising or analytics cookies are set until you click Accept.
1. Categories
We group cookies into four categories aligned with Google Consent Mode v2:
- Strictly necessary: cart session (vicart_id), consent record (vr_consent), CSRF protection. Always on; the site cannot function without them.
- Analytics: pseudonymous usage measurement. Off unless you grant analytics_storage.
- Marketing: Meta Pixel + Conversions API deduplication cookies (_fbp, _fbc). Off unless you grant ad_storage and ad_user_data.
- Personalization: tailored recommendations. Off unless you grant ad_personalization.
2. Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends the Sec-GPC: 1 signal (Brave, Firefox, DuckDuckGo, Privacy Badger, etc.), we treat it as a verified opt-out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of personal information, in line with California AG Opinion 22-001 and CPA/VCDPA requirements. Advertising cookies are then not set even if you click Accept by mistake.
3. Changing your choice
You can reopen the consent banner at any time by clicking Cookie preferences in the footer. Your choice is stored for one year, then we ask again.
4. Do Not Sell or Share
Click Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information in the consent banner. We immediately disable all advertising cookies, stop sharing with Meta, and record the opt-out for at least 12 months (CCPA § 1798.135).
