Returns and Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. This timeframe meets or exceeds minimum consumer-protection requirements in every Canadian province and in the United States.
1. Eligibility
Unopened ingestible products (supplements, powders, tinctures) in their original sealed packaging may be returned for a full refund.
For safety and food-chain integrity reasons (Canadian Food Inspection Agency guidance), opened or partially consumed ingestible products cannot be accepted. If you received a defective or damaged product, contact us and we will replace it at no cost.
Wellness equipment and accessories may be returned if unused, in original packaging, with all accessories. A small restocking fee may apply and will be disclosed before the refund is processed.
2. How to initiate a return
Email support@vivaritual.com from the address used at checkout with your order number. We send a prepaid return label within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
3. Warranty
All products carry the implicit legal warranty of merchantability provided by the Québec Consumer Protection Act and equivalent provincial/U.S. state law. This warranty is not waivable and extends beyond any manufacturer warranty.
